Price list 2024-2025

 

To make the reservation as quickly as possible just fill in the reservation form and we will get back to you with a confirmation as soon as possible.


Price includes: accommodation, bed clothes, water consumption, towels, tea towels, toilet paper, bath towels, wood for fireplace, parking of up to 4 cars on the property.


Price does not include: electric energy 6 CZK/kWh, outdoor jacuzzi (except during Christmas and New Year’s Eve stay) and fee 10 CZK / person per day for a recreational stay which each person has to pay on the basis of the Public Notice No. 1/2019 of the village Nahořany.


Outdoor jacuzzi: the price of this service for a two-day-stay is 70 EUR, for a three-day-stay is 90 EUR, if the stay is longer than three nights the price is 120 EUR.


Rent for less than 7 days can be made through the booking portal Booking.com. Minimum accommodation length is 4 nights during summer season, 2 nights during off-season.

 

Refundable mandatory deposit for the object is 5,000 CZK by bank card. The deposit is payable upon arrival and refundable upon departure.


Check-in is always on Saturday after 15:00 and the cottage has to be left latest at 10:00. (Other departure time can be agreed personally, however, it is depending on the occupancy of the object.)

 

Payment Terms:

The guest is obliged to pay the advanced payment in the height of 50% of the total price within 5 working days after booking of the object based on the issued invoice. The 50% surcharge and fees (e.g. the accommodation fee to the municipal office) are payable to the accommodation provider on the day of arrival according to the valid price list.


The guest has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, however, no later than 30 days before the booked term, solely with writing notice sent to the e-mail address: hlavko@seznam.cz.

 

Important Information:

 

Please note that the log house is located in the centre of the village so no parties, when the neighbourhood is disturbed by excessive shouting, noisy singing, amplification of recorded music, etc. are allowed there.

 

Furthermore, from 22:00 to 08:00 the guest is obliged to observe the quiet hours and behave in such way not to disturb the surroundings. This obligation is stated in the Public Notice of the village Nahořany. In case the guest violates good morals or otherwise grossly violates the “Accommodation Rules” despite the repeated notice, the accommodation provider may terminate the guest’s stay even before the end of the agreed accommodation period with immediate effect and without any financial compensation.


STRICT PROHIBITION OF SMOKING (including electronic cigarettes) INSIDE THE COTTAGE! Under a penalty in the height of 10,000 CZK!
Water in the cottage is drinking, drawn from a well.
Hot water suffices for the whole group provided that it is not wasted. If it is used up boiler heats up automatically and is reheated within approx. 2 hours.
Parking - maximum 4 cars can be parked by the cottage.
Using of the cottage and indoor and outdoor playgrounds is at the guests’ own risk.
