ACCOMMODATION RULES OF THE LOG HOUSE ROZKOŠ:

These accommodation rules apply to accommodation in the Log House Rozkoš, Lhota u Nahořan No. 3, 549 01 Nové Město nad Metují.
Guests accommodated in this property are obliged to get acquainted with these accommodation rules and observe them. In the event of violation, the accommodation provider has the right to terminate immediately the contractual relationship with the guests without any financial compensation.
1.
Even during the day it is necessary to avoid disturbing of the neighbours by excessive shouting, noisy singing, excessive amplification of recorded music, etc. both in the building and in the garden.

In the period from 22:00 to 08:00 the guest is obliged to observe the QUIET HOURS!!! and behave in such way not to disturb the quiet. In case the guest violates good morals or otherwise grossly violates these “Accommodation Rules” despite the repeated notice, the accommodation provider may terminate the guest’s stay even before the end of the agreed accommodation period with immediate effect and without any financial compensation.

A refundable deposit in the height of 5,000 CZK per stay is collected by card upon handover of the property. This deposit is refundable at the end of the stay or is eventually used for covering of the caused damage. The guest can use the object for the period that is properly agreed and paid in advance.
4.
Smoking is prohibited (including electronic cigarettes) in all areas of the whole accommodation facility. Only a citizen registered by the accommodation provider in the accommodation book upon presentation of an identity card, a valid passport or other valid proof of identity may be accommodated in the accommodation facility.
5.
Based on the reservation of the object the guest is allowed to check-in from 15:00 till 18:00 of the agreed day. Check-in after 18:00 must be agreed in writing or by telephone in advance.

On the day of the end of the contracted stay the guest is obliged to depart the building at 10:00 at the latest, unless agreed otherwise.
7.
The guest is obliged to pay the advanced payment in the height of 50% of the total price within 5 working days after booking of the object based on the issued invoice. The 50% surcharge and fees (e.g. the accommodation fee to the municipal office) are payable to the accommodation provider on the day of arrival according to the valid price list.
8.
Dogs and other animals are prohibited in the facility.
9.
On the day of arrival the guest is obliged to physically check the condition of the inventory according to the inventory list which is posted in the building and immediately report the detected differences to the accommodation provider. Later complaints will not be taken into account and the guest will be obliged to pay for any irregularities in cash after the end of the stay. The accommodation provider has the right to deduct the differences in the condition against the inventory list from the provided deposit.
10.
The accommodation provider is not liable for any eventual loss or damage to the property of the guest, to the things brought into the accommodation facility by the guest, or for damage to his personal belongings.
11.
The accommodated guest is obliged to use only the rooms reserved for accommodation. He/she is not allowed to move furniture, make repairs and any interventions into the electricity network or other installations without the approval of the accommodation provider.
12.
The guest is responsible for any eventual damages caused to the equipment and property and is obliged to compensate them in the full height.
13.
The accommodated guest is obliged to lock the main entrances, turn off the lights, close the water taps (batteries) and switch off the TV when leaving the house. He/she keeps the keys with him/her during the whole stay. The guest is obliged to hand over the keys to the accommodation provider upon departure. In case of loss of the keys or the remote control the guest shall cover the costs related to their total replacement, including the cylinder lock of the entrance door and the automatic gate control (the price for the lock is 1,500 CZK + for the remote control is 800 CZK).

For safety reasons it is not allowed to leave the children under the age of 10 years without adult supervision in all areas of the accommodation facility.
15.
Ball games and other sports can only be played at the place which is designed for this purpose in the village. All sport activities and use of children’s swings on the property of the accommodation facility is at own risk of the guests. The owner of the property is not responsible for any injuries or health damage.
16.
Children’s playgrounds in the village (swings, slides, climbing frames, etc.) can only be used by children in presence of an adult. The owner of the property hereby warns the guests not to let the children play at any playground in the village without adult supervision. The owner of the property is not responsible for any injuries or health damage.
17.
Motor vehicles may be parked only at the places which are designed for this purpose after prior agreement with the accommodation provider. These parking places are unguarded and the accommodation provider is not liable for any loss or damage of the vehicle or the things in the vehicle.
18.
The complaints of the guests and the possible suggestions for improvement of the services are accepted by the owner of the building.
19.
In case of longer stay towels and bed clothes are changed on request after one week. Basic cleaning aids are at disposal in the rooms.
20.
Cancellation conditions:
The guest has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, however, no later than 30 days before the booked term, solely with writing notice sent to the e-mail address: hlavko@seznam.cz.
